The AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT is based on the RDNA 2.0 7nm architecture with 2048 Stream Processors. It has a base clock of 1968 MHz, game clock of 2359 MHz and a boost clock of 2589 MHz. There are 11.1 billion transistors, 128 texture units and 64 ROPs.
The AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT 8GB is a desktop graphics card in the Radeon RX 6000 series using a die size of 237 mm². Its codename is Navi 23 and the fabrication process is TSMC 7nm. There are 32 ray tracing cores and it also has 32 compute units. The amount of L2 cache comes in at 2MB and it additionally has 32MB of infinity cache.
On board the AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT is 8GB of GDDR6 memory running at an effective memory clock of 16000 MHz. The memory has an interface width of 128-bit and a bandwidth of 256 GB/s.

In order to power the AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT, it needs 1 x 8 pin power connector from your PSU as it uses 160 W of power. AMD recommend a 500 W PSU for this graphics card. This graphics card uses the PCIe 4.0 x8 interface to connect to the motherboard.
The maximum HDMI resolution is 7680×4320 @ 60Hz and the maximum display port resolution is 7680×4320 @ 120Hz.
