AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT 8GB Specs
The AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT is based on the RDNA 2.0 7nm architecture with 2048 Stream Processors. It has a base clock of 1968 MHz, game clock of 2359 MHz and a boost clock of 2589 MHz. There are 11.1 billion transistors, 128 texture units and 64 ROPs.
On board the AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT is 8GB of GDDR6 memory running at an effective memory clock of 16000 MHz. The memory has an interface width of 128-bit and a bandwidth of 256 GB/s.
For technologies, there is DirectX Version 12 and AMD FreeSync. There is OpenCL 2.1, OpenGL 4.6 and Shader Model 6.7. The card is VR ready but is not Crossfire compatible. Also included is AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition, AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution, AMD Link, AMD Noise Suppression, AMD Radeon Super Resolution, AMD Smart Access Memory VSR (4K), AMD Privacy View, AMD Radeon Boost, AMD Radeon Anti-Lag, AMD Radeon Image Sharpening, AMD Enhanced Sync Technology, AMD Radeon Chill, TrueAudio Next and The Vulkan API.
For connectivity, there is Display Port 1.4a and HDMI 2.1. The maximum resolution is 7680 x 4320. There is no USB-c, DVI or VGA on this card. In order to power the AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT, it needs 1 x 8 pin power connector from your PSU as it uses 160 W of power. AMD recommend a 500 W PSU for this graphics card. This graphics card uses the PCIe 4.0 x8 interface to connect to the motherboard.
