The AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT 50th Anniversary is a desktop graphics card in the Radeon RX 5000 series based on the RDNA 1.0 architecture. It has a codename of Navi 10 and is fabricated by TSMC using the 7nm process. The die size comes in at 251 mm². It has a base clock of 1680 MHz and a boost clock of 1980 MHz. There are 10.3 billion transistors on this card.
For cores & texture config, there is 2560 Stream Processors as standard with 160 TMUs and 64 ROPS. There are also 40 compute units and 4MB of level 2 cache. The memory on the AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT 50th Anniversary is of size 8GB and the type is GDDR6. The memory is clocked at 1750 MHz giving an effective memory clock of 14 Gbps.
